ComEducation Centers Booking Request

Use this form to schedule all field trips and tours for any of the 3 Educational Stem centers.

A fee is required to help cover the costs affiliated with your groups visit. Your code-block will be required to complete this form and will serve as an automatic invoice approval. If the cost incurred is forecasted to be great than the cost listed here, we will contact you to discuss prior to the event.

Powering Lives Community Center Chicago North (PLCC) = $583

Reminder – ComEd/Exelon employees do not have badge access to the Stem centers. The field trip/event leaders will let you in to the space upon your arrival.

Confirmation of your reservation via an approval email will come from: ComEducation@ComEd.com

PLEASE NOTE: This form is NOT to reserve the 3rd floor conference room at the PLCC. To reserve this room, please book CR CN 324 in Outlook. This room as a 350-person capacity.
