First I would like to say that my staff stated that Kim was very friendly and accommodating during the tour. She did an excellent job reaching out to me about detail before the trip. My clients loved the experience and were very glad that they were able to attend. Because of their cognitive impairment, they didn’t glean everything that was presented but it was a very good experience for them. Great job by all. Thanks
