Guidelines & Policies

  1. The Smart Energy Hubs at the ComEd Chicago and Rockford Training Centers each have a dedicated room with 6 interactive stations. 2. Multiple groups/classes are not allowed on-site at the same time with the exception of exchanging students on/off buses
  3. There are NO facilities for groups/classes to eat lunches on site
  4. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact FieldTripFactory.Org at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival – please do not attempt to contact the facility directly
  5. Scout Groups: Receive a patch for each scout participating in this event – please ask your Field Trip Leader
  6. Need special assistance with a large group or a short notice booking (less than 2 weeks) – please contact FieldTripFactory.Org directly to discuss options

Our students and chaperones really enjoyed their time spent at your facility. Everything was scheduled appropriately for our groups multiple ages. The facility was clean, well organized and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely share our experience with other centers as well.

Our guide Ms. Kim was wonderful! Our children really enjoyed every bit of the learning as well as the interactive hands on learning! Our kindergarten children even went home telling their parents about everything they’ve learned! We would love to do another trip here in the future with our second location as well! Thank you so much!

I did not attend but i did get feed back from the teachers. They thought that the content was not developmentally appropriate for their age. It was way to advanced for that age group, which is those going into kindergarten. I would recommend it for older age groups. They did say that the tour lead was good and that it had nothing to do with her.
