Submission Guidelines

  • Nonprofit organizational and educational field trips that are FREE for participants are listed for free
  • FTF is only servicing US + Canada at this time
  • Due to volume, please expect 2+ weeks for review
  • Field trips with fees or for commercial locations can be submitted for review - FTF will reach out to discuss options
  • Donation-based add-on services for scheduling, booking, outreach, and other services is coming soon

Submission Limits

  • You can submit up to 5 different field trips per day from the same email address
  • You cannot submit the same organization twice within 24 hours
  • If you need to submit more, please contact us or try again tomorrow
