Privacy Policy

What we do with your data (and what we don’t)

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• We only use your data to run bookings, confirmations, changes/cancellations, reminders, and follow-ups.
• If you opt into VIP emails or other notifications, we use your info to send those messages. You can unsubscribe any time.

What we collect

• Booking/form details (name, email, phone, org, postal code, etc.) to deliver the services you request.
• Technical basics (IP, browser user agent) to prevent spam/fraud.
• If you upload images, avoid embedded EXIF/location data—others could extract it.

Email & VIP marketing

Marketing/VIP emails are opt-in. Every message includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing but does not affect required transactional emails (e.g., booking confirmations).

SMS/Text

SMS is opt-in during booking or via call center. We do not market via SMS. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.

Cookies

• Convenience cookies for comments/login; essential cookies for booking/editing flows.
• Temporary cookie on login page to check if your browser accepts cookies (cleared when you close the browser).
• Login/display preference cookies may persist until you log out or clear them; behavior depends on your browser settings.

Embedded content

Some pages may embed content (videos, maps, etc.). Those providers may collect data per their own policies if you interact with them.

Who we share your data with

• We do not actively share or sell your personal data.
• Password reset emails may include IP to improve deliverability/security.
• If our sharing policy changes, we will notify you and request opt-in.

How long we keep it

• Transactional records (bookings, forms, comments) are retained to operate and support your experiences.
• If you have an account, you can view/edit/delete your profile data (except username). Admins can assist.
• You can request deletion; we’ll comply unless we must retain data for legal/admin/security reasons.

Your rights

• You can request an export of the personal data we hold about you.
• You can request deletion of your personal data (subject to required retention).
• Unsubscribe links are always available for marketing; SMS can be stopped by replying STOP.

Security and integrity

We use your data only to support experiential learning opportunities and related operations. We apply spam/fraud screening but do not use it to personally track you.
